Is one better than the other for bases and rings (dovetail)? And what are the correct numbers for the bases and rings for the ml2 in .50

The Burris scopes I've looked thru have substantially shorter eye relief then Leupolds.....just something to consider

Wilms I have a scope to try I was wondering about the bases and rings. But thanks for the tip on the scopes

Ive got the Burris Extreme Tactical rings and a Ken Farrell base in my opinion they a top notch. Scope wise i have a Luepold 31/2x10 Vx3 30 MM tube. A buddy bought a Burris 30 mm tube Burris European and it it died after 3 shots , they sent a new one no questions asked.? gunny

leopold QD rings and bases are number 1, Ive had them on my Savages since 01, lots of big boomers down the tube, many miles on them, zero failures, what else can anyone say. Good Luck

I use alot of burris sig Z rings and warne steel optima bases,,, also have 8 or 9 of my fav scope,, old style burris sig 1.5-6,,,, use some warne rings as well
