I need a good load ( either duplex or single powder) for a 200 grain bullet with a blue sabot. I am shooting a rem 45 Pacnor. Thanks

I shoot 60-62 gr of h-4198 with the 200 gr sst or xtp in the blue smooth harvester. In warmer temps I usually drop back to 58 gr of powder.

14/54 of 110/322 shots great for me. Good speed medium recoil. Super accurate. Tim

60 gr of H4198 and 10 gr/50 gr IMR SR4759/H4198 does well for me with the 200 gr SST, 200 gr XTP, and 195 gr BX.

Try in between 60 and 62 of H4198. 61.5 with Federal 209s drives tacks in my PacNor .45 in a Savage action

I use the second listing that lakesplainhunter uses of 10 grains of 4759 and 50 grains of 4198. Recoil is tolerable for my daughter and it is an accurate load, slightly better with the ssts than the Barnes.

The SSTs are slightly more accurate for me also, but I shoot the 195 BXs as I love the terminal performance.

I am getting good performance out of 57 Grs of H4198 and 200 GR SST in Lt Blue sabot in my conversions. Going to try the Barnes also.

56-58 grains H4198 and either a barnes 195 or a 200 grain XTP for plinking, both shoot better when slightly knurled
