I plan on fitting the factory synthetic 700ML stock to my 700ml .45 McGowen since my lefty son cannot shoot my fitted laminated TH stock. What's a low recoiling load for an 80 pound 11yr old? I have R7 and H4198 on hand. Thanks. He watched me shooting 60gr of H4198 and said NOWAY!

I would think a low dose of N110 or 5744 would be ideal. I am wanting to find out myself for my daughter. The 200 grn Xtp,SST, or FTX would really shine around around 1700-1800 fps.

You are going to duplex sooner or later anyway. Low dose of 4759. Much cheaper than N110 too. Now if you had a 50cal too, i would say N110 because it does so well in the 50s as a single and its really clean. BTW tar12 , What would you think a min and max of N110 would be? I do have some and would like to get into the 2000-2100fps range with N110 if possible. A little higher is ok too.

GMB54-120, I would start at 30 grn of either in the .45 and work up. There is no validated data for this is in a .45 and you should proceed with caution and use your CHRONO.

dittos " " for PPosey loads. 4759 start at 30 gr. and work up. In that rifle, should be very manageable, with my light Encore conversion the 30 gr load is less than 243. I am currently shooting 35 gr. and I found all the loads to have good accuracy in my gun. Good shooting, 10 ga
