If my Encore would have shot groups like that-I would still have it. Great start!

Glad you got it together and putting some lead downrange, good for you, i just found out my pacnor that was due early august won't be born until late august,BUMMER...!!! But that is common on custom barrels so not a big surprise there. Like Dave said, put some more juice behind that bullet and see what happens. Good luck and show us what your encore can do. By the way she sho does look pretty!!! Greenhorn

45 omega yes that is the new style breechplug with the powder pocket 3/8 deep drilled and tapped for a ventliner. However I have an old style at the machineshop as a pattern. With Dave D's help and input we hope to modify it to a better design.

Good shootin', and very nice looking rig! I really like the way it was made so the base sits flat on the barrel rather than the front of the base being held in mid-air.
Nice vice. I have one just like it. Even though the vise part of it is a little weak, they do work rather well.
The last two targets are pretty nice, too. Where did ya get them? The "black" is narrow enough so as not to completely obscure a shot placed in it.

Top target is a birchwood casey and the second one is a champion. Both were just on the shelf at wally world. Bischwood is a large 5 spot and the champion also has 5 but about half the size. Drop
