Nice going. What did that shoulder look like when you peeled the hide off?

richard my load is 73 grains of h322 with a 200 gr. sst or shockwave, blue sabot , and wonder wad. this yields an average of 2900 fps and 2 1/2" at 200 yards. oh here is a big coyote i shot down in west virginia last week with the same load at 150 yards. sb

Those extra 3" change the nature of the barrel. I'd like a 26-28" 40 on my NEF frame. Wouldn't be as nice as what you have but would be highly satisfactory. I really like your rifle. I've forgotten the barrel/twist(PN 22". ??)?. After appx 5 years, I'm shooting my stock SMI again and enjoy it. 28" 50 Douglas(36" twist), 74g 2015/275BE. Trade?
