the Barnes 195 gr MZ FB over 54 grs of H 4198. I shot a big ole cow horn buck this afternoon at 78 yrds and the entrance hole was about 40 cal, I can get my little finger in it, and the exit hole was about 1". Took out the top of the heart and bottom of both lungs. Deer ran 40 yrds and dropped dead. Only a hundred yard drag down hill ;D ;D ;D, a great afternoon in the big woods. Rusty

Call them the same thing here in AR. Most hunting clubs want to remove them as they say those will never develop normal racks and might pass on that trait to their offspring. Had one by my stands last year that must have had 14" spikes on it. Pretty big deer too, but certainly not legal by AR regs. Who knows, perhaps he will come back this year as an eight point.

Congrats Rusty. That downhill 100 yard drag is the part that I like. Us old men have to use some strategy when we pick our deer stands. Yours worked out. Hope I can be as fortunate.
