This is like a melt down and rebuild haha
Weight is probably close to 20 as the stock weighs nearly 7 itself. It's 53" tall so loading could be challenging!

That thing deserves the Muztac title just by its looks. I'm not familiar with the stock. Could you describe the kick-reducing goodies in it? I say any recoil reduction is good, but it seem to me that a very big tactical brake and a good one-inch plus gel-like butt pad are enough to tame most Muztacs we can dream up. Next year there should be a Muztac division at the KY shoot. To qualify you have to have over 3000 ft lbs of energy at 800 yards.

Have you trailered it out to the range and shot it yet? I would shoot it for you in Oct but apparantly I'm not allowed to touch it

A lot of things are overkill in our game, nightforce scopes, recoil reducing sleds, Jewell triggers, manners/mcmillan stocks, etc, etc.. But we keep doing it anyway and every once in a while we make a breakthrough. Only one rule of the house, don't ever, ever, ever touch my drumset. You understand?

Its "Cool", but a little overkill--no? No offense, but that's how I feel about BR guns.

I meant the single shot, L/R/dual/etc port, neck turn, special sized rifles that are shot in matches where dudes shoot from benches with billions of wind flags, flowers, etc to make itsy holes but the guns do nothing else. I agree, most of these guns here are shot from benches but to me a heavy .375/.416/.458 and an equally heavy 6mm BR have little in common.
