My son Hunter killed his second buck in NC the second week of ML. Load was 35gr N110, 195 Barnes in a smooth blue Havester and CCI209M. Shot was 65 yards broadside, hit the spine just above last rib. Deer went down and after a mintue or so started to try and drag himself. I gave Hunter my Pac 45 and he finished him with a shot in the neck. Pretty good for a NC six pointer, inside spread was 14". Thanks again for 1Shot building this gun for my son and me. The load is killer and has very little recoil in this 11.5 pound gun. I told Hunter when this gun was being built for him that the ML season in NC is the time to kill your big bucks and this has proved true so far. Attachments:
