Spent Saturday with a co-worker, young enough to be my son, clearing pine trees from an old hay field. He wants to plant a food plot and I foolishly said I would help since he had allowed me to hunt with him. After several breathers and lugging my Shindaiwa around, I decided I was older than my 47 year old body thought it was. About 4 hrs later I couldn't move my left arm without the elbow shreiking in protest. Moral of the story is CRAP I feel old!

I am no MD. I have found moderation and Ibuprofen to be allies.
That and I know keep my chain sharper and my saws in the 50 cc range.
