Thanks for the report.
It just confirms that it doesn't take $$$ to find a good shooting ML.

That's a good looking rig Grouse. As soon as I saw the camo version I beagan toying w/ the notion of getting one, but the Sportsman Guide is showing them as sold out. That's three times this week that I have lolly-gagged around and missed good ML deals. Anyway..... great range report with the Vision. It's definitely a shooter. Kevin

Definitely like the looks of the all camo gun. One of my buddie's showed me this gun 2 weeks ago, when he got the catalog. I e-mailed him Grouse's review of this gun & Knight's new B/P for it. I had to pass on it, since I committed to another gun. It looks like he lost out...You knew they wouldn't last. Rob

I order one and they went back ordered. But within a few days I got an email that said it was in and then shipped. Got it within a few days and it is a great looking gun. My only problem is with the L.O.P. The stock is too long for me. They advertise it is 14.5", which is average and it is longer then that. I having to do a few work arounds, but I am optimistic all will work.
I ended up buying a new Leupold Ultimate Slam for her. It should make for a great ML.

Grouse:
Thank you for the information. You mentioned that you are using steel warne bases and loc-tite the base screws. Do you know the specific warne item that you are using? I recently purchased a Long Range Hunter, and I am trying to figure out what exact type of scope bases will fit Knight Rifles and will be high quality. Thank you.

I'm not Grouse... but I think these are the ones Grouse mentioned. I just ordered a pair for a Disc Elite: www.swfa.com/pc-11281-1714-warne-maxima-2-piece-base.aspxHowever, they are backordered right now.. (til 1st week of April)
