I have several but wanted to see what everyone else has tried. We pressure cooked everything but the breast on this jake bird and made the turkey/noodle casserole I posted. It was very tasty and easy to fix.

Wild turkey-----Pound breast with meat mallet til it is about 3/8 inch thick and about as big as a # 8 iron fryin pan.wet it ,Leave it wet and dredge it in House Autry"s chicken breader. One quarter inch of canolla oil ,Fry on med high heat two minutes then turn it over and fry one more minute. Finger lickin good, Rusty---- PS, You may have to try it a couple of times, if you dry it out it sucks

That pressure cooker is a God-send for wild turkey carcasses (and a lot of other things!)
