In our 243's and 223's the winchester seem to preform a bit better. It lasts longer and sizes better,we tend to run'm up quite hot but the Remington just don't work as nice.In the 45/70 I use all Federal and they work OK. I have to start out fresh on the 22/250 so I can get any type. I never tried Norma and starlite there way more money $$$ are they any better??

Winchester every time between the two, regardless of caliber. I load for a lot of different cartridges and have never had good luck with remington brass. Remington bullets, well my view is different. Cor-Lokt bullets just plain work.

Another vote for Win brass. I do use Rem brass but have learned to anneal it. There was a time when a couple of necks split on the first sizing, so I anneal soon as the brass comes out of the bag.
Haven't tried the Norma brass. Have tried the Nosler brass, but wasn't that impressed. It came hard as though work hardened, and was shorter than minimum SAAMI length. That's not to say it hurt anything, but it certainly shoots different.
Even though it takes a bit more prep work, I've become a fan of PRVI brass, and like it more than all others tried.
