For all you sausage lovers out there....This is a book that I highly recommend....So far I've only made the fresh sausages [breakfast] and have been trying to find a favorite....It's been tough because every new one I make becomes my favorite. 
.... Next step will be finding a favorite smoked sausage recipe.
