Count me in as another satistied customer of Joe DeGrande and Savage Customer Service. They inspected my Savage ML II after I did a dumb thing. Reasonable turn around. Fortunately no barrel bulge. The forgot to include the ramrod when they returned it. An e-mail to Joe and a ramrod is on the way - 2nd day air.

I have not heard of one person dissatisfied with Joe DeGrande and the excellent Savage service he provides. That alone (beside a good product) will keep myself buying Savage rifles. Steve

Joe is sending my Savage back to me for the second time for a bulged barrel. I know how it happened the first time but this time there was a bulge near the muzzle. Again Savage stands by their products whether it is my fault or not. Unbelievable!
