I probably will be fitting a wood stock to an in-line muzzleloader one of these days, and I wondered if someone has a book they recommend for bedding, inletting free floating, etc.? Thanks in advance.

There is a veritable plethora of information in the archives of this and the old sight.
There are several members that will spend hours on the phone with you to steer you in the right direction. If I were to start out again, I would research the archives, formulate a plan, and ask members direct questions on areas I was uncertain. Truly, good stuff right here.
