I used to be a heavy coffee drinker and my body adjusted to the caffeine and tolerated it without sleep problems. Then years ago I stopped smoking and lost my taste for coffee and for several years have had a half cup in the morning with a honey bun and none thereafter. WELL, at the hospital I drink a large cup for breakfast lunch and dinner but ate little due to no appetite. Not a wink of sleep until the afternoon of the next day. I cut the coffee out the second day and am sleeping good. But although I was not in any pain I was on a high state of alert throughout every minute of that night. My brain was racing from subject to subject in high gear and I really had time to appreciate what my wife does for me here as my personal nurse. She does what it takes a dozen nurses to do in the Hospital. Yes, they have more patients but I like free loving care much better than paid for professional care. I am now caffeine free and .....Well, good night all. I admit to haveing taken the steps of a fool. Ozark
