my friend had purchased several yars ago blinds for our tree stands. the only problems i had is that they were vinal and when the wind blows it would flap and make noise. well i found some birlap "blankets" in camo for 10.00 each. so i bought 2 of them and was planning on using them for cover/ blinds for my treestands. what is your opinion on using it. i wonder how well it will hold up to the weather and if it gets wet will it begin to smell/mold?

I bought some burlap camo for my stands, the fabric was treated. I have had the same burlap on each stand going on three years now. every year it fades a little. I also used a double wrap so the sunlight going through would not show my silhouette. Used tie wraps to secure. Of coarse my stands are now sitting under the back porch doing nothing.
