Well with my bum leg I managed to get to the range and sighted in two of the three smokless ML'er II's The Henry ball I've had for a good while and have taken quite a few Deer with was still on from the last time I sighted it in. The blue ML'er II I traded for shot fantastc. So I went to a State Hunting area that has disabled stands. At 6:05 PM a Doe came running past my stand. I aimed at her head as she was running full tilt. Hit her in the neck tiny hole in completly shattered her spine and a softball size out the other side. Donated the Deer to food for the hungry, they have a beautiful setup at the wildlife area stands already built and maintained by the state about 12' off the ground. They have a giant cooler that you can donate or keep your deer in till you get it butchered. The area is crouded the first two days then afterwards hardly anyone shows up. But for disabled hunters there is never a problem stand available to any disabled hunter that shows up which is not many. Well snough buul going hunting this morning . There is the whole season left. Lou

Glad you were able to get out and get something! I'm itching to do the same. Me and Shooter was planning on the early ML season next week, but temps in the 70s may limit the hunt
