Buddy was shooting them in his Omega with really good results. About 1 1/2 in groups and about 11 inch drop at 200 with a 100 yd zero. I believe he was using 120 gr measured. He shot a doe but almost no blood trail at all. She only went 75 yards though and easy to find. He didn't like the fact that there was no blood trail with such a good shot. He gave the deer to a buddy and when that guy opened the girl up, heart was gone and half of the lungs. He said it looked like it was in a blender in there. So, it appears they worked real good.

Shot them out of my Encore using the fallowing load.
300grn Scorpion PT Gold 110 grains BH209 Harvester Black CR sabot Winchester 209
This load surprised the living ship out of me. Literally one small hole at 50yrds and right around 1" at 100. And this was group after group. Shot my best groups EVER out of my Encore with them, and I have shot way over 1500 loads out of it. Sorry but have not killed any deer with them so I can not speek to their efectivness (or lack there of) on deer. FWIW IIRC they are made eithorby Rainier Bullets or Berry's bullets for Harvester, I do not remmeber which.

They are basically a Rainier bullet with a tip but made to Harvesters specs. Ive had good luck on the range with them and on media tests they did fine unless you are driving them really hard. They still hold up better than unbonded SSTs usually.
Using the black CrushRib you better have a tight bore. The Scorpion Gold PTs size a bit small compared to say GoldDots or XTPs. So in a CrushRib they will load very easy in many bores and not great performance with BH209. That combo is just a bit too loose in my Extreme 50 but perfect in my Ovation.
They should be a good fit in many T/C guns though that run a bit tight.
I would suggest also getting some MMP HPH24 or Harvester Black Smooth or MMP12s. I think Hornady black are the MMP12s also..if i remember correctly.
Also make sure your loading jag clears the poly tip, its pretty good size compared to a SST tip.
