I really like my Jewel and I have many aftermarket triggers, they do not give them away however.

From what I have heard Jewell's are the best out there but they don't come cheap, I do have experience with x-mark Remington uses these on most of thier rifles. Timeny's I have a couple on some of my rifles, I didn't know they made a trigger for the savage ML'er II I'll have to look into them. I knew they made one for the Savage rifles. lou

Or you could order a spring kit from that includes the trigger weight and sear springs and it will cost you in the neighborhood of $14 bucks. Save the Jewell trigger for your 1000yd benchrest rifle that you're competing for money. A re-springed an properly adjusted Remington trigger will get you your white-tail out to 300yds without a hitch. Good Shooting!

Jon........Mountainam is right on! However if you insist, the Jewel is without a doubt the Creme' da la Creme' ;D but really intended for benchrest shooting. A Rifle Basix or Timney would be more sensible alternative Richard
