Has anyone had to purchase a new set of limbs from mathews? I priced a set of limbs for a mathews at a mathews dealer and they told me they were $200.00 , that seems high to me thats why Im asking if anyone has purchased a set from mathews or their mathews dealer. I need a set for an outback , in 40# to 50#

Kenny, my son recently bought a set of Mathews 70# replacement limbs for his Switchback XT; he paid about $200.

I believe, Barnsdale will sell you a pair cheaper than that and they're among the best in the world. Don't know the current wait time though. www.barnsdalearchery.com

Head to Archery Talk and see what you can get used or even new from there. Heck you can almost buy a used Outback for $250 to 300 now and then on there. I bought a brand new Matthews S2 for $500 and nary a scratch on it. Wrong time of year to be finding good used prices though. One other thing you will find is 40# limbs will be hard to find used but 50s will be easier.
