Rusty, I don't know one from the other, but what is the EXACT model name/number of the bow you're looking for?

Harley, all i know is what SW told me. It is the strikeforce, made by bowtech, not the stryker or strykerforce. it is a very compact , easy to cock and very fast, around 400fps. I have been googleing and emailing bowtech for days and they say they still make it look in their web site. I can't find it. Sw also stated that " it is the best crossbow for non handicapped hunters and for some reason some of the higher ups at bowtech are down on the X bows", This is more frustrating to me than trying to get my ml 10 to shoot straight, at least I love to hear her go boom. I hate computers. Thanks for any help,

I built one of these for my gun club for the cross bow fans (they are blowing :'(out our target bails) and I used 2x12s and packed it hard with an iron bar. No one has shot through it yet ;D reg. bow 3in penitration we will see how far cross bow bolts can go! archeryreport.com/2009/12/diy-lifetime-archery-target/ NO chicken wire will not hurt your bolts, you have a steel tip.

I have a Strykeforce which I have occasionally mis-spelled Strikeforce.
