Hope you enjoy this as much as I have!!!!! VENISON MEATLOAF 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. venison 1 can Spanish rice 1/2 green pepper 2 eggs 1 pkg. onion soup mix preheat oven to 325 degrees, mix all ingredients, bake in an ungreased pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours
