I just bought a CZ Bobwhite 12 Ga. brought it home an started getting it ready for a rabbit hunt. I noticed that the bead was not centered in the rib. It's off to the right. This made me sick and the more I looked at it the more I hated it.
Took it out today an patterned it with the improved cylinder an modified choke tubes in it. It appeared the pattern was centered both barrels and slightly high like I want them.
So I took a box of cheap Winchester 1 oz load an started hunting saw 6 rabbits all running shot. And I rolled all 6. I started second guessing my choice in buying this gun. But I think it's going to be OK. I'm still going to contact CZ tomorrow about the bead to see what they say.
I'm up to 21 bunnys the most I've ever shot in one year

Some say a front bead is just a distraction and should be removed. Nonetheless it should be centered from the factory.

Sent it back to CZ a couple weeks ago. They said 4 to six weeks. I asked them to put a mid bead on also. As long as it's in the center. I'll let you know how I come out. 161

Just received a brand new Bobwhite today they called an asked if I still wanted the center bead. They wanted $40.00 to install it, so I had them skip it and just send it back. Like I said it's a new gun, looks good might shoot it this weekend. 161
