I have to tell you about two companies that I recently had exceptional customer service from. In no particular order.
RCBS. I have been reloading for probably 25 years and these were the first dies I purchased. A set of Full Length Dies. I finally got around to getting a cartridge stuck in the sizing die. I did not own a stuck case removing tool, so I bent the snot out of the decapping pin. I headed to their Website and find out they will send me a new one by first class mail. I e-mailed them explaining exactly what I did and they cheerfully mailed one to me.
Boyd's Gunstock. I ordered an unfinished stock and apparently they were out of stock and they sent me a finished model. No nothing, just sent it.

I recently ordered an unfinished Ruger 44 Carbine stock from Boyds. It took less work to fit than I expected, and had quite a bit more figure in the Walnut than I expected, especially for the price. I am planning on ordering a nicer stock for my Interarms MK X Mauser.

I have to add Mag-Lite. I had the rubber switch cover fall off. I e-mailed asking what next. Return message was our switch warranty does not cover the rubber. What is your mailing address we will send you one anyway.
