I found a great deal on a 4.5-14x44 Conquest. It has a Rapid-Z 800 reticle. Someone told me that that reticle is not good for low light conditions because the crosshairs are too fine. Can anyone comment on this. Thanks, Barry

Pretty much all of the hold-over reticles would be hard to use in low light without a lighted reticle. I have a Burris with BallisticPlex and was looking at the other marks near dark last week. I had to find something with a really light background to see them. I doubt they would have been visible against a deer.
