You have to shop around. The main difference between the 870 express and the wingmaster is a ball detent and the finish. You definatly want a cantilever barrel for scope mounting.
Hastings makes a 26" heavy barrel for the 870 which might be a good choice for long range. The only drawback is it is 1:34 twist.
Remington also has a heavy barrel for the 870 in 23" called the Super Slug that comes with a scope. It has a 1:34 or 35 rifling IIRC.
The mack daddy is, or at least used to be, a Badger barrel. Cut rifled and used to be very decently priced plus had a fast twist barrel (1:26). The company changed ownership a few years ago and then I heard it got bought up by Airtronics.
The absolute best deal is a mossberg barrel for the 870 with scope from Walmart. You can order it online and it will be shipped to your local Walmart for like $164. The scope I wouldn't trust for long, it is a Bushnell Banner 3-9X32. The barrel is 24" and is ported, just the barrel has a MSRP of like $187 from Mossberg. It is listed as Out Of Stock (OOS) right now on the Walmart website.

I have a 23" Remington cantilever barrel that has been shot less that a dozen shots, never hunted with. It has the matte finish. I would take $200.00 TYD if interested for the barrel, no scope or mounts.
