Looks like hunting season is shot for me this year. On Wed I had to lay down my bike and ended up in the ER for several hours. The good news is that I will heal and the bike can be fixed. However the broken clavicle will keep me from doing much for the rest of the year. We are all praising God that it wasn't worse than it was. He does look out for us.

Hope it was a simple fracture, bad ones can cause serious nerve damage not to mention surgery. Drink plenty of milk and vitamins and after your out of the sling do not wimp out on the therapy. Your still looking at 6-9 months to get back to 100%. After you turn 30 healing takes a lot longer.
Way things are going we might have to start a physical therapy board.

Glad it is not worse as it could have been. I have laid down different bikes in years past. I no longer ride except for a 4 wheeler. Prayers given for a complete recovery.

Sorry about what happened: glad it wasn't worse. In addition to what Rossman40 wrote, make sure you have a doos intake of Vit C: it helps in collagen formation which is the framework of all tissue.
