The WCE is the Weaver Classic Extreme. When ATK/Federal bought Weaver there was a revamping of the model lines. The features of the WCE went into the Super Slam but with 1" tubes, 5X erectors and pop-up turrents. The tactical models got the 30mm tubes. The WCEs became close-outs at Natchez for less then $300 (lot of places are still selling them for over $500). I think half of the ones they had went to board members once we found out about it. A lot of scope for the money at less then $300. Great glass, side focus, 30mm tube, good eye relief and illuminated dot reticle. I waited too long and could only get a 2.5-10X56 but I would buy a 2.5-10X50 if they become available again at the low price (my names on the list) in a heartbeat.
