Add limbsaver to companies giving excellent customer service, Ruger and Savage where the first two on my list add one more. Several years ago my limbsaver pads started leaking an oily substance, I called they said they had a problem with a run of pads, give them the model numbers and they would send out new pads... On one of my rifles I decided not to replce the pad, it was my lucky rifle and I didn't want to change any thing. But finally the leaking got to me, it stick to the case, leaked on my clothes, put the rifle on the ground and you would have to scape off dirt, leaves and the like. In the end you couldn't read there name, I call limbsaver, and said, I don't know if you still have the exchange program, but I'll send the pad back , for sizing, since it was on a custom stock, so I had no point of reference. If the program is over, I would to buy a replcement. My answer came by priority mail no one but two pads. Now thats service witha smile. Well Done Limbsaver.
