Someone school me on smooth sizing - PLEASE

I have had an Encore 45/70 conversion for about 5 yrs but always shot 200 gr SST with a Harvester sabot. I am going to give that barrel to my daughter so she can Turkey, ML, and CF hunt with one setup and I just bought another converted barrel for me and I want to smooth size 275 gr Furys. I have a swing lock die just need to understand the process for sizing and then when loading the wad/bullet how much pressure should I be looking for.
Sorry for the dumb questions but this is a completely new process for me.

I think your best bet is to look on you tube for the videos there by Hankins , Arrowhead , or Schwartz custom muzzleloaders . You get visual as well as verbal instruction right before your eyes . It dont get much better than that !!!

Agree. Seeing helped me a lot more than reading on this topic.
