Maybe someone else could chime in that has had experience with this. Goodluck

I agree the bolt nose would be a challenge , but what about making a module to mimic the 20 ga.shell. The same as Hankins or Arrowheads but larger.
Personally I would leave the 220 as it is ( it's a fantastic gun in itself) and work off of a 110 platform.
