Does Barnes make a .452 bullet suitable to size for smokeless? I have been looking and have not found any.

Barnes does not make a .452" bullet. Their bullets are .451" which you could knurl up.

I've had no luck smooth sizing copper bullets for smokeless. I have 2 CVA Scouts. One is a stainless take down and the .451 Barnes fall right down the barrel even with a heavy knurle . Other one is a all black Scout . Barnes Tez will fit this gun without sizing. They shoot pretty good with a wool wad at 100 yards but out past that things go south. In my opinion the copper bullets need to be annealed but I'm not messing with that I will just stick with the Fury or Pittman hardcore. Good luck to you !

I have a 45 Macgowen barrel on a Stevens 200 and I use the Barnes .451 TEZ and a lubed wad over 70gr of IMR4198. And it has killed many deer too I have the scope zeroed at 200yds. With no sizing or knurling of any kind on the Barnes TEZ .451. With some of the conversion you might be better off to use a sabot.
