Anybody try this yet in a 45 cal? Supposed to have a similar burn rate to H4198.

I believe this was brought up years ago and was found the grain size was too fine to be safely used with the breech plugs. Powder falling through the vent liner and getting into the ignition causing high pressure in the plug. I would just stick with the powders that have already been used for years. There are many to choose from.

Being an admitted duplex nut, if I had LT-30, I would drop 5gr of N110 or 4759 down the barrel prior to the main load. None of the granules of the LT-30 would then fall through BP.
