Well, relegated the 308 to shooting sub-sonic stuff, range time fun. Got a 6.5 Creed for the Wyoming antelope hunt. so far the 129 - 130 bullets seem to give best accuracy out to 300. with my eyesight that is about what I'm comfortable with but would like to really go to 4C. Seems the Hornady 129 SST has been great over Varget. Does anybody have a "great" load, bullet/powder/brass, in the 120 to 140 bullet range that shoots MOA at 400. Rifle shoots MOA or better (with the best loads I test) out to 3C if I do my part, part of trouble is a range where I can get 400+. thanks, 10
