Tried these to day with BH 209 85 gr by weight and 90 great by weight, dry wool wad, Bullberry encore 45 Cal with 209 ignition. Bullets were sized to 0.449 and knurled to 0.4505. Very slight one hand pressure to load.
Results were awful best I could do was about a 4 inch group at 25 yds. 225 Pittman/hlb shot less than an inch at 100 yds. Suggestions?

Very difficult to bump a solid copper bullet into rifling with low pressure load.
I would stick with thinner jacket bullets with blackhorn to get good bump and seal.
