After a busy day in the woods, i still found time to make it to the range. For some reason i don't really know why but i brought my T/C Triumph. Bench shooting and bullet testing the Knight rifles are alot easier for me to use and hold steady versus the Triumph. But we made the best of it either way. I shot these bullets with BH209 from 100grns to 130grns. The smallest group shot at 100yards was with 110grns and a MMP sabot. It would of measured about 3/4 of an inch and i forgot to take a picture. Actually taped over the group as well. Here is the target at 100yds the Blue MMP sabot. The new harvesters didn't seem to work as well for me in the Triumph. At the end of the Night i decided to shoot a group at 200yards. I was going to shoot 5 shot's. After seeing the three shot group i changed my mind real fast. I'm going to send Dave an email tonight and tell him i have no issues with this bullet. Hopefully he will have them on the web-site very soon. I still plan on shooting these out of my 45caliber and shooting them with some tips as well. Maybe even sunday if i get my yard work done.

Do you think these will be short enough with the tip to stabilize in a 1 in 30 twist?

Do you think these will be short enough with the tip to stabilize in a 1 in 30 twist? DC I will possibly try that sunday. I actually think it will be close.

Thanks for posting this Grouse... Looks like I'll be calling Dave yet again this week. I have have to say I'm starting to like my new .45 Elite more than the .50 I'm not a fan of heavy recoil and this rifle is a sweetheart from the bench.

The 185grn bullet is on the web-site and on sale for those that are interested.
The price is $40.00 bucks and that includes delivery. That is a great price while it lasts.
