Ok gonna inflict this on my lovely wife. I remember green peppers onions and a tub of mushrooms simmering in a large pot. Parboiled brats then browned . And of course the pasta. How was the cooking sequence? I think it was the onions peppers and mushrooms for awhile...then add the sauce and simmer. Then cut up the brats and add and.let simmer awhile then add the cooked spaghetti and let simmer some more till everyone starts hanging around the stove?. How close am I? Minced garlic maybe? Thanks Drop

You got it all correct.. The garlic would add a little to it.. Only thing I don't normally do is boil the brats. I only void them because they were still frozen and guys were hungry, so the boiling water speeded up the process quite a bit..
I'm glad you liked it and it will be on the menu at the next shoot..
Thanks,, Jeff Hankins..

The soup beans were mighty good too, with no ill effects afterwards I might add. I ate 4 bowls. Jeff, with all of your spare time ......you could open up a Hankins Diner in Dry Ridge. Kyle

Ozarks Back Porch Spaghetti. It still tastes good while shooting a Smokeless Muzzleloader. Kyle
