I have a Knight DISC rifle that I am selling to a friend. It has the C-tool and uses the orange discs. Serial number S004863. I kept the manual for many years. Now it's G O N E!! Can't find it. New Knight website is only for the Extreme, no mention of the C-tool version. Where can I find a manual for this guy? He has never broken one down, and I haven't taken the BP apart in umpteen years. Thanks. Bill

No. found that.
That only has the "tool-less" Extreme in that manual. It's the use of the C-Tool that I need him to have instructions for, mostly.

I have a Knight manual, not to give you or sell, but to make a copy of and mail the pages. I've done it for a few and like to keep a master copy. Lots of pages are just the usual safety stuff.
The biggie with the Knight is use of the "C" tool if required, and taking the bolt sleeve apart. Most of the rest is standard M-L care. I am leaving for few days, but if you want a copy I could get one to you, or the friend. I have owned or own most of the Knight inlines, from Original to Mountaineer.

Buckrub,
Looks like you got hooked up by another member. Yeah it's very easy but you need to do the "C" tool procedure correctly.
With bolt out, Unscrew safety and insert "C" tool and screw safety down until it compresses the internal spring. Then, unwind the whole assembly out. LEAVE THE "C" TOOL in place while cleaning the part.
Re-screw the assembly in and unscrew the safty and the wrench will fall out. Done.

Okay....I just acquired a stainless, fluted Knight D.I.S.C. rifle and was wondering if your generous offer of a copy of the owners manual may be extended to me. It is a .50 caliber. There was no owners manual provided. Thanks for your consideration of this request. My email...docmary08@roadrunner.com

Would you happen to still have copies of the Original Orange Disc Knight 50 cal muzzleloader? Just purchased one at a police auction and I'm having a lot trouble finding any literature on this model. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Not sure if this is helpful but this website has 3-manuals to look at. Just click on the manual to see if the information you are looking for can be found here. www.muzzleloaders.com/owners-manuals/

Knight has a video on Youtube on how to take down a DISC bolt that used the C-tool. Looks like just a open end wrench of appropriate size would work ?? Gm54-120 got any thoughts on that ??

if i remember right if you loose the c tool you can get by with an open end wrench. ok the manual only has 2 pages that are specific to the original org bolt assembly / disassembly. If you want message me with an email address and I'll take a pic and email that if it helps
