Anyone have any idea why Natchez Shooting supply will not ship to Tennessee, Alabama or Georgia?

My guess is state laws they don't want to mess with? What those would be I have no idea.

Probably one city in Alabama that has strict regs. Some places won't sell to Ohioans because of magazine laws, 30 or less statewide and less in Cleveland and Columbus I believe. They just avoid possible hassle by sidestepping the rest of us who aren't breaking any rules.

I e-mailed them to see what they had to say. But received no comment from Natchez.
I went through all the trouble to put together an order, got to the checkout and I can't purchase because I live in Alabama. Only place I know of that has a restriction to selling to people in Alabama.

They are also a wholesaler to many shops in those areas. They don't want those customers mad that they are competing for the same business.

Years ago they told me that the small gun shops did not want the low priced competition . Maybe the will sell to gun shops in those states . Now , if y'all want to move up to New Jersey I'm sure they will sell you most anything you might want . The grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence !!

Don't feel bad. You could live here in Canada in which case the entire US will not sell you anything!

It's not that we are afraid of terrorists, we just don't like Canadians.

Don't feel bad. You could live here in Canada in which case the entire US will not sell you anything! Uh-huh. Both our governments suck when it comes to trading with each other, when there should really be no problem at all. And yes, it's more our govt's fault than yours. It's just plain stupid.

From my experience US and Canadian citizens seem to get along superbly, way better than their corresponding governments.

If it wasn't for Natchez, I would probably still be hunting for 2015 powder and unable to hunt this fall. Thank you, Natchez! So glad they ship to Ky!

They started as a wholesaler and when they went into the WWW business they made a decision not to compete with their retailers in TN. Sucks because I live in TN and they have some good deals from time to time.
