Just got back from a couple of days of turkey hunting. the season just opened on Monday, things have been slow to start. Hunted first thing this morning saw 8 toms this morning but all slightly out of range. Had breakfast and thought I try another location after a quick bite. Got back out at about 10 and on my way out I heard one gobbling his head off so I quickly set up my blind and B Mobile and his girlfriend, a couple of yelps and 15 mins. later in comes Charlie, 12 yrds and he's strutten like a trooper. He's just a jake but for starters not too bad in my books. I have one more tag to help carry me throught the rest of the season.

Congratulations, I have never hunted them, but I see them a lot deer hunting. edge. Edge, You would likely really enjoy it. I actually look fwd more to turkey hunting than deer hunting. That said, if I had to choose only one, it would be deer hunting. Possibly, your work is too busy during turkey season. With your x-bow, you could really reach out and "touch" them.
