I felt like I had the try the gun out, and the deer were slow moving today with the wind and rain. This doe came in about 8:00am with a small button buck, and gave me a nice 5oyard broadside shot. Hit exactly where I wanted, and she ran maybe 30 yards and went down just to the left of my tree stand. BRUTAL what these 275MH's do!! ENTRANCE: EXIT!! Needless to say, I am pleased!!

That will be some good eating. Looks like the left shoulder should be well tenderized! LOL
Congratulations!
GOOD SHOOTING! Slufoot

No need to apologize for slaying a nice doe.

No need to apologize for slaying a nice doe. Going to say the same thing. Nothing wrong with a doe. As explosive as those Match Hunters are, I am sure a center lung hit would be all you would ever need without blowing out the shoulders. Of course there are times when you need a drop on the spot shot when dealing with other hunters or rough terrain. Good job! Jay

Congrats on the doe. No need to apologize . There ain't anything smarter than an old doe that's had a few fawns.....
