Right now I have a Nikon Pro Staff on my Ithaca M37 Slug gun and I have a Redfield Revolution on my Knight KRB. I picked up a Bushnell Elite 3200 that I was going to put on my Savage model 10 .243 but I'm thinking of putting it on my KRB and moving the Redfield to the Ithaca. My concern is will the Redfield handle the recoil of the slugs? The Nikon has been on it for 8 years now and I have had no problems at all with holding zero. The other scope tharts on the Savage is a Leupold VariX-II that needs some TLC but that is also a contender for the slug gun. Thoughts, comments or expirences?

I haven't really heard of that many failures with the Redfields but not that many on a 10ML or any other serious kicker. It should be about the equal to the ProStaff.
