Katie treed 14 singles today but we only managed to get 8 for the tailgate shot. The yeller dog Bandit had one assist and a bunny run that got him in trouble with the boss! ;D

Wilms for young squirrels it is hard to beat pan frying them! We also like to pressure cook older ones and BQ them. I will also pressure cook them and make a pot pie. It is a tedious process to get all of the small bones out of them but OH SO WORTH IT! ;D We have also made squirrel jerky..this is outstanding! We use the Jerky Shooter for this. It takes a big ole mess of squirrel to accomplish the jerky but once again very worth it!

How long do you leave those old tennis balls in the pressure cooker? I've done that and the BBQ thing and it is great.

Always enjoy seeing a picture of a successful day in the field. Yeah you don’t want to tick-off the boss on a hunt. He’s calling the shots from his experience for success.
