Congrats on a lovely buck.
As to your question about flirting with loads it’s like buying a tool designed originally for 1-purpose with many different attachments available to accomplish other tasks. Some of us need to check out those attachments for feasibility of usage. But running the tool at top end high speed is not my desire.

I like those long tined bucks. Glad that shorter barrel is working for you. I've found out there is nothing better than a load combo that you have confidence in. Way to go. Zen
