Has anyone shot the "last run" ML-IIs? I was working on the hex head BP with the "C" size drill bit when I noticed that the bolt face on the "Last Run" seems to be slightly recessed. I was having a problem removing the unfired 209 primer. If someone has fired a "last Run" ML-II is their a primer removal issue after it is fired?

I have a last run Camo ML-11 and have been having no problems. Most of my loads is 60 gr V120 w/ Winchester primers pops right out.

if your primer sticks in the bolt face recock and pull the trigger again usually one thime is enough but sometimes it may take two recocks and trigger pulls the push the primer bulge back into the primer body

I called Savage Arms today. They told me that they have not heard of any problems with the new jeweled bolts and that the bolt face should not be recessed. However my bolt face is clearly recessed where the primer sits making it almost impossible to remove the fired or unfired primer when it is in the gun. They told me to send the bolt to them and they would take a look at it to see if it needs to be replaced.
