Has anyone shot the 300 or 325 grain Parker Match bullet yet in their .50 or .45 yet? If so what were your results? Looks interesting?

got to shoot approx 10 of the 300's a couple weeks ago. this bullet is going to be the real deal also. if i remember correctly sub/moa @ 2700fps,won't be able to return to range to fine-tune this 300 match until oct for a friends pac/45 in which he didn't admire the recoil. first before returning we are going to add a nice buttpad & a mercury recoil reducer

Deadeye, Sounds like the 300 is going to be a shooter also, I can't wait to see how your OCTOBER results will be. I am just wondering if the 300 can reach out to 600yds like the 327, or is the 327 the min. weight bullet/bc for that extended range? The 275 just won't do it that far,so is the 300 up to the task?

Deadeye, I saw some of your's and RKrobson's post about the Parkers and knew from them that they ARE the Bullets if you're wanting the best there is. I've seen nothing else that can remotely compare to them. If it was made You would be shooting it. I talked to Bob Parker about a month ago, he told me about the new 300's and he also said we haven't seen nothing YET. Hill Bill is going to have to put a recoil arrester on my new gun it looks like. Thanks for your info, you tell it like it is no BS.

deadeye,
What powder charge did you use to push a 300gr bullet at 2700FPS. I was using 70grs of H4198 with a Barnes 350gr.X bullet I was getting 2200FPS, but Brother Rick asked me to drop back to 67grs, this in cool weather, cool weather down here is high 50s. Even at that speed it was my number one penetrator, by a wide margin, and stayed that way, till I got the Barnes Buster Bullet. Marty PS this was a ,50 cal. w/sabots

Deadeye,
You are proving just how strong the Pac-Nor barrels are.
As for me I'm too old, too frail, to be pushing that hard.
You is da man
