Has anyone tried the 200grain Lehigh in .40cal smokeless? If so what do you think?

rmclaughlin. I would be interested in hearing how they work sabotless. I have quite few Lehigh bullets that I had no luck with in the 45cal. If you want to try some I can send you some. Jon

Jon sent me some and they did not work .......period! I tried tipping them and slightly beveling the base and still no good. So far, I have not seen much in the way of good results with brass bullets of any type on this forum? BP might be where they shine Richard

Jon,Thanks for the offer but i bought a sample pack the last time i ordered vent liners.On paper it looked good.I will put them in my screwed up box(It is getting very full) Thanks

I believe Lehigh is working on a better 40cal SML option but im not sure. They have a contract with Knight but Knight doesnt offer a 40cal from Lehigh so he might when he gets some free time. I know he is interested in the SML market and wants to improve a few things. I even had problems getting the 200gr to shoot well with subs but a few did get good results.
He did make some changes for the 452 and 458s he made for Knight and those changes should help.
