I am considering this stock www.stockysstocks.com/servlet/the-185/Bell-and-Carlson-Medalist/Detail (#2958 model) for my Rem 700 /25" McGowen build. Anyone have experience with this stock or its suitabilty for this project? I am also considering a Boyds Prarie Hunter (ADL). The B&C + new bottom metal will run several hundred $$ more. In your opinion, will the B&C with its full alluminum block offer a noticable accuracy benefit over the Boyds laminate?

I doubt any accuracy gains, but it will be lighter in weight.
