That is a picture of a HPH 12 or 24 since it has the stepped base but pics are not always accurate. Based on the pic and the part number has a HPH at the end, I would have to say no it is not the short, which has a concave base, not stepped like in the pic.

It has HPH in the part# so they might be HPH-12s or 24s

I saw that too, but also noticed the "high pressure" and picture makes them look like the shorties.

The 2nd one posted might be the Shorts that are recommended by Savage. The fist link was a HPH but the 2nd link by nic58 didn't have HPH in the part number.
I tried to cross reference it with MMP but no luck. So im only guessing.
